Warranty Information
Your MyoFree® tool comes with a one-year, limited warranty against manufacturing defects under conditions of normal use for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
If a manufacturing defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, TMJ Pain Solutions, LLC, will replace the defective unit with a product that is new at no charge.
TMJ Pain Solutions, LLC, requires you to obtain a Product Return Authorization and ship the defective product back to TMJ Pain Solutions, LLC.
When a product is exchanged in this manner, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the property of TMJ Pain Solutions, LLC.
